The Boston Office of Pastoral Support and Outreach (OPSO) teams with a group of Boston survivors who advise and partner with OPSO to plan outreach services for those impacted by clergy abuse.

Help plan and implement outreach to parishes including:

• Rosaries for victims of abuse
• Community meetings
• Small group discussions

Meet with seminarians and ordained clergy to help them understand:

• The ongoing impact that clergy sexual abuse can have on those who were abused and their families
• How to help those who have experienced clergy sexual abuse
• The importance of ongoing abuse prevention efforts
• The importance of publicly praying for abuse victims and survivors
• Plan and run our annual Mass for survivors
• Help plan and run wellness days and other special events
• Meet at least annually with Archbishop Henning to provide feedback on what is working and what else needs to be done for Boston survivors
